Refund and Replacement Policy

At BubbleLand, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have our specific refund and return guidelines outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Standard and Custom Orders
Standard Products: For non-customized items, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Custom Orders: Some of our products may be custom-made to specific customer requirements. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:
Defective Products: If the product is delivered with manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace the item.
3. Reporting Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at support@bubbleland.studio within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item).
We will review your request and respond within 1-5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Refund-Eligible Returns: If the return or replacement is approved due to a defect or incorrect order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Returns: If a return is accepted for any other reason (at our discretion), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in the following situations:
The product has been worn or altered.
The product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Requests are made after the 14-day reporting period.
7. Misuse and Damage Policy
Our spinners are made to be durable, but they are not indestructible. Any damage resulting from bending the spinner, applying excessive force or improper use will not be covered under under warranty. If a customer breaks the spinner due to misuse, we do not provide replacements. However we may offer replacement parts for purchase if available.
